I had to stop in Dothan and wanted to get a room for the night and eat. I went to Towneplace Suites without a reservation. I talked with the clerk at the desk, who's name was Sarah, and she was awesome! She helped me track down my account number so I could use my points. She was very friendly and helpful, and told me about the Bufflao Wild Wings that was literally beside the hotel. I normally dont leave reviews, but Sarah, the hotel and the Bufflao Wild wings were so great I decided I have to! The rooms were large and clean, and I loved the layout with the table. Every time I have to come to Dothan, this is exactly where im staying!!
I had a wonderful experience at Town Place Suites in Dothan, AL. We had a group of 11 women in a tennis tournament for 4 days. The front desk manager, Sarah, and the staff; went above and beyond to take care of us. I definitely highly recommend this hotel!
I can not think of the last time I have been able to give a hotel a 5-star rating, but this hotel deserves one. I immensely enjoyed my stay at this TownePlace Suites. Jennifer, at the front desk, was absolutely wonderful. She did an exceptional job checking me in and making me feel welcomed. The room I was assigned was on the second floor at the very end of the hall. Upon entering, the room smelled freshly cleaned and looked it, too. I did not find any dust or random strands of hair like I usually do during hotel stays. It was also nice and quiet and afforded me the rest and relaxation I sorely needed before taking on another work week. The hotel is located just minutes from a mall and restaurants which makes walking possible if you choose to do so. All around a great place to stay.
Front desk let me check in a little early. They were so nice and 5 stars for having a company Christmas lunch. Every employee I saw was smiling and I'm sure thats because they felt appreciated with a Christmas dinner platter. Great work management. Clean room good location feel safe walking around.
You have a jewel with Sarah,the front desk manager! I have never met a kinder, sweeter, most helpful manager in all the years I have traveled all over! She went out of her way to show hospitality to our tennis team and the other teams and people! She was the best!! Terry Schlitz
Ok little place just right off the road, in an old mall parking lot. From desk was Nice and thanked us. Also clean and well maintained.
I stayed here for 2 weeks on a work trip. Hands down the best service ive ever experienced. From front desk to the staff it was amazing. The ladies that serve breakfast always made sure i have a to go box for breakfast since i leave around 5:45am. They go above,beyond and more. Highly recommend this place. Clean and professional. Thank you guys so much for everything while i was in Dothan.
Great location. Easy to find. Can walk to the mall, several restaurants to walk to also. Extremely good customer service. Really made us feel very welcome. Nice, clean rooms. Rooms are very nice- nice kitchen that has all of your needs. Coffee machine. Comfortable lobby area. Good workout room. Pool. Outside seating area with a fire pit. Felt very safe. Pet friendly, too.
